The head behind studio equi
What do I have to do with horses?
More than you'd think at first glance. And less than you might expect. I'm not a rider, a breeder, or a show-goer—but I've been fascinated by horses since I was a child: by the Jolly Jumper in "Lucky Luke," by western classics with dusty riders, and by those first wobbly rounds on a pony.
And then there were those moments in front of the television: the Olympics, the big stage. Ludger Beerbaum. Isabell Werth. Names that are burned into my memory – not just because of the medals, but because of the poise, the discipline, the beauty of the interaction between humans and animals.
Today, I look at horses from a different perspective—as a designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, structure, and impact. I develop websites and brand identity for people who work with horses—with attitude, ambition, and heart. My outside perspective is sometimes precisely the advantage: I ask different questions, look at things differently—and work with you to find the digital presence that's right for you.
Between vocation and profession
I live in Reutlingen with my wife Franziska, also a designer, and our cat Kleo. I am a passionate basketball player and have been supporting companies and publishers through the creative and technical publishing process for almost 25 years—from the idea to implementation.
As a trained publishing clerk, certified publishing manager, certified UX/UI designer, and long-time freelance designer, I combine market understanding with design – strategically, visually, and humanly.
With studio equi, I now bring these experiences to where attitude, style, and quality need a home: the world of horses.
I look forward to getting to know you.
Sincerely,
Athanasios Tsintsaris
